Update on the Dec 12 Cold Spring City Council Meeting

On December 12, 2024, the Cold Spring City Council joined the SRCLA in support of a study assessing the feasibility of replacing the Cold Spring Dam with a Rock Arch Rapids that will maintain the existing water level.
